As a health coach, I really love data. We are often at a
disadvantage when it comes to data because unlike doctors, we
generally don't have easy access to testing or labwork. But
what if we can actually access critical information that has huge
health implications right from wearable tech? With the help of
heart rate monitors that are easily accessible on our phones or
other wearable devices, we can get to know our clients body better
and help them gain better control of their stress balance and their
autonomic nervous system.
